I am not flexible, can I do yoga?
Great question, so many people have this concern, the answer is YES!
I'd go even further and say that's exactly why you should do yoga. You will get the most benefits out of yoga because you need to improve your flexibility and range of motion and that is what yoga does.
What should I wear? What should I bring?
You will need to bring a yoga mat, which you can buy in class, please contact me prior to attending to check mats are in stock You should wear clothes that do not restrict your movement like, leggings, shorts, sportswear, or loose trousers, and a comfortable top. You will not need to wear shoes or socks during the class. You may like to bring a blanket to cover yourself when resting. You are welcome to bring your own props if you have any.
I don't know what to expect from a yoga class?
Classes will start with a short period of stillness and quiet - meditation.
Followed by some gentle stretches to warm up.
We will then do slightly stronger stretches, or quicker movement, depending on the class, followed by seated postures, and then some restorative positions. We may do some Pranayama, which are breathing exercises
We end the class in Savasana, which means corpse pose, which is a final rest of stillness.
The combination of stilling the mind, stetching the body and deepening the breath will leave you feeling calm, foccussed and restored.
Can I change classes?
You can change classes at the end of a course, however once you have booked on to a course you cannot change your class and payments are non refundable.

Below is an overview of pricing. We offer a free trial session so you can see if Yoga is right for you.
Looking to attending once a week, every week? We recommend our regular attender pass which allows you to book a session every week and is valid for one month.
If you are looking to join us for multiple sessions a week, we recommend the unlimited pass so you can attend as many classes as you like per month.
Once you have purchased your chosen pass, you can book yourself onto one of the available classes.

Please note, any pass you purchase (including the free trial) will have an expiration date. Passes must be used before any expiration date.
